Straight forward but very tidy and effective B&B. Easy to find with secure parking on site. No fancy frills and everything you could ask for. We were very well looked after. Great breakfast

Excellent location, great room size with en suite, friendly welcome and good breakfast. Excellent value for money. Straight across the road from Ayr races, 10 minute walk from Ayr centre.
