Room was a little noisy with the conversations from the bar but it did all stop by 11.30

Great location, very nice and friendly staff. Quaint room.
Dislikes:
Room had not been dusted for a while, cup rings on window ledge and bedside table. Disappointing for a superior room.

Hotel was very good - with some very good menu options. Staff were attentive, courteous and, in the main, efficient.
Dislikes:
our room was not serviced after the first night - other than milk refreshed.
Head being beam bruised - not your fault - although the door closer is dangerous if leaving the bathroom to go downstairs.

Great Tew is a quiet village of stone thatched cottages,somewhat "off track", and is gorgeously situated with views in every direction. It was very peaceful after all of the locals had left the outdoor patio at the end of the night. The breakfasts were great - especially the cappuccino's. We had a great dinner next door. Very charming
Dislikes:
It seems some of the staff work rather long hours and are a bit surely at times - worn out we suspected.

Food, Room, Staff, village etc!! The fact no one minded our dog either- she enjoyed her stay in the car-she didn't disturb us either.
Dislikes:
Rain but not your fault and it did not spoil our stay!!
