The owners were extremely friendly and made me feel more than welcome from the time I arrived until the time I checked out.
Dislikes:
After travelling I like to eat at the hotel I stay at and there was facility to do this. However due to the location there was lots of restaurants witgin a short walk.

We were welcomed by a very nice lady. The house was very quiet although there were several couples staying there the same night. Very nice and confortable room for 3 people (n°12), excellent breakfast
Dislikes:
My husband found the double bed a bit small, but I had a very good night sleep.

The most outstanding and memorable feature of the Fairlawn is not the building itself, which is beautiful. But the warm and welcoming hospitality of the young couple who own the hotel and the staff who help run it. Read less

We stayed in Room 8 which was large, warm and and very comfortable. The Fairlawn provided everything we required for our stay, including a great breakfast which is not to be missed.
