The reception staff person was very helpful when we needed to rebook our flights back to the US because of concerns about the impending volcanic ash cloud.
Dislikes:
The wireless internet was really inconvenient. It required you to sign up for a system you will probably never use again, to provide too much personal information, and then didn't work at the end.

Restaurant and bar were friendly. Bed was a good size but remote annexe was not ideal. Fortunately the weather was good.
Dislikes:
Our room had very small windows but was probably better than the first room offered to us which was virtually on the main road. The bath was too small and the bathroom did not have enough storage.
