Pleasant, warm and comfortable, breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice. Rosemary very kindly gave us a lift with our luggage on the day we left. Love the dogs too, made me feel at home!

We stayed three nights for a short sight-seeing tour of Edinburgh. The location was ideal because you could reach out of town tourist attractions easily without going into the city, and yet it was close enough to get taxis into the city if you did not want to drive.
We were given a warm welcome by the proprietors and given tips on where to go and how to get there. This was very helpful for a first time trip to Edinburgh.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were fantastic. Read less

Friendly and helpful proprietors; facilities in the room (everything you could wish for); choice of breakfast (very well cooked); our own door key; a conservatory/garden to relax in. Perfect for us.
Dislikes:
I cannot think of anything. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Edinburgh.
