The location is brilliant literally 5 minutes walk from town, the staff are brilliant, the rooms were very clean and tidy and the beds comfortable.

Excellent room furnishings, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, parking for the car outside the hotel. good location for seeing Newquay harbour and town but far enough away from the noise of the town

Everything, Nick and Sonya are so welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. They have recently been re decorating and refurbishing the lodge and it is to an excellent standard.

The Guest house was a very well maintained accomodation, i really enjoyed the room it was very comfy and welcoming parking was the biggest problem for me as there were more cars then spaces. Make sure you can park if you go stay here! The only other thing that i can say that i didnt really like was the walls are really thin so you can hear people in the next room and people preparing breakfast downstairs in the morning overall the room and service was very good and we would recommend to others Read less

About 10 minutes from Fistral beach and 5 mins from shops high street. Convience right across the road.
Dislikes:
Would have liked quick make over of the room after first night but this was left until second night.
