Room clean and comfortable and shower was good too. Breakfast was nice and plentiful (fruit, yoghurt, toast, full english or variations like poached eggs on toast and also fruit juice & tea/coffee).

very friendy hosts,very clean and spacious bedroom for 3, close to city center, good breakfast,good value for money.
Dislikes:
The matresses and the pillows : poor quality !

Chelmsford place was very pleasant - the room was clean and nicely decorated, very comfortable.
Dislikes:
There was plenty of hot water but found the bathroom very small and poky.

Wonderful hosts. Good location, short walk into town. Very convenient parking. Lovely bath towels. Tasty breakfast and it was nice to be able to choose breakfast options each day.
