A short stay in the peaceful village of Carrbridge. Walking distance to the Landmark Park and a number of lovely walking trails.
An hour drive to Loch Ness and even closer to Aviemore.

Very friendly staff, very 'relax' and clean environment.
Food was fine as well, including Dinner. Read less

Last week me and girlfriend did a tour of Scotland, and stopped off at the Cairn Hotel. On arrival we received a very warm welcome and shown personally to our room. Everything was clearly explained to us, i.e. bar opening times, restaurant opening time, breakfast service times and what to do if we required breakfast outside of these times etc. The room was clean and functional and once settled we went down to the bar and restaurant and again met by a very welcoming atmosphere and staff. Everything, great value for money, very friend staff, great food. The bar area was very inviting and had a good atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and there is even free WIFI available in the rooms.
Dislikes:
Nope, A fussy person may argue that the decor in the rooms is a little dated, but honestly if you do then your not making the most of hotels greatest assets, its location and its staff.
