Shown to family room by friendly lady, clear information regarding wifi, brakfast etc.
Room was quite spacious but in need of decor, furniture, upgrade. Bathroom clean enough but some black mildew around tiles bit of a damp aroma.
Hotel also has pub below which is open late till 1am very noisy, people shouting etc which disturbed us all.
Breakfast very early especially for Sunday, 8 - 9 am, our daughter was still sleeping and so, missed out. No hairdryer in room which is usually the norm. Read less

The member if staff who took my payment and directed me to my room was very pleasant and helpful and furnished me with all the details about the Hotel
Dislikes:
Having a 6am start the next day I raised my blood pressure due to the plumbing problems .

I am sincerely sorry that your stay was not up to the standard that we try hard to provide for our guests, and I truly appreciate your time in providing feedback.
Neither the previous owner or I have had any similar complaints about this issue, until one other gentleman who stayed in the same room 2 weeks ago, indicating that it is a fairly recent development affecting this room only. I have now taken the room (Nethy) offline until the problem has been rectified.
