Heather and David were friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean and tastefully decorated. The food was excellent. The views were stunning.

David and Heather (the owners) are very knowledgeable about the local and surrounding area. They are visible and always have the time to talk to guests and provide advice. Cosy bar/lounge area.
Dislikes:
The weather! (but it was unusual for this time of the year)

We've stayed at Bryn Melyn many times before and could think of no better place than to celebrate our engagement.
David and Heather were, as always, welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely and the champagne and flowers I'd ordered were perfectly placed.
The location of Bryn Melyn is excellent, which is one of the reasons why we keep returning.
The view, from most of the rooms, takes in the breathtaking panaroma. Watching the birds & squirrels at breakfast is always fun.

The guest house gave us a great opportunity to see the region, with excellent advice from it's engaging owners David and Heather. The room was comfortable and clean with great views to wake up to across the wide estuary and mountains/hills. The full breakfast was very good, one of those which set you up for a day out. Whilst they could provide an evening meal we chose to eat out and used David's excellent suggestions on a number of occasions. We would visit again at the dop of hat. Read less
