the warmth of the welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The hospitality pack including bottles of water in the room fridge really was complimentary - a real added bonus together with the snacks.
Dislikes:
Nothing at all. It was all great.

Margaret and John are so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was service as you'd expect and some. A wonderful delightful couple who Ive had the pleasure of meeting.

It is something we are aware of and we should have advised you to turn the fridge down to "0" when you went to bed and then back up in the morning. That was an oversight on our part. Not a total solution but it would have helped and we do normally say that to guests
