Soundproofing could be enhanced (we could easily hear the TV and the voices in another room, though the other guests were very kind)

A relaxed atmosphere and a clean bedroom and bathroom, tastefully decorated and with nice hot water and hot radiator in the bathroom.

Arrived at around 5:30pm to be met by 'Rod' who immediately made us welcome and showed us our room and the rest of the facilities. The room is interestingly shaped and quirky but delightful nonetheless. We had asked for a recommendation for somewhere to take dinner and the local pub proved to be something special and we had an excellent meal. A good night's sleep on the comfortable bed was followed by an excellent set of choices for breakfast. We left Bridge Cottage feeling very happy! Read less

that it was near to places we wanted to go to and that the dogs were made welcome lovely walks around the area., and a good breakfast to set us up for the day.

Bridge Cottage is comfortable and welcoming. I loved the quiet (I live under the Heathrow flight path in London)and the sunny spot to sit by the stream.....
