Our welcome was marred by the owner remaining on her phone for over 5 minutes after our arrival - even indicating to us to be quiet! We had asked for non cows milk to be provided due to an allergy but… Read more

Our welcome was marred by the owner remaining on her phone for over 5 minutes after our arrival - even indicating to us to be quiet! We had asked for non cows milk to be provided due to an allergy but were told we had been advised to bring our own (we had not). The Lurpack finally provided at breakfast had a sell by date of 2nd April on the lid.
The owner talked 'over us' to a regular guest at breakfast about the, to her, unreasonable requirements of previous guests. Read less

See above. When challenged the owner seemed to be in denial that there were any issues.
