Spoke to staff the evening before and said we would be arriving earlier than the normal check-in time and asked if there was somewhere we could change for the wedding we were going to and leave our bags. We were told not problem. When we did arrive we were told our room was ready and could they help in any way. We wanted a bite to eat in the bistro and, as we were in a hurry they helpfully brought our food to the room to have while we were getting ready. Read less

We loved the room! It was so spacious and felt very luxurious! The breakfast was by far the best we had on our holiday. I would go back just for the croissants and scones!
Dislikes:
It was a little noisier than I would have expected in a small town, but nothing serious or problematic.

maybe a plug socket closer to the mirror in room 4 but that is only a very minor thing and didn't spoil our stay

The bathroom was also large with a roll top bath and seperate shower cubicle and good quality towels. There was a good choice at breakfast including a full Scottish which was included in the price. WE were very pleased with everything including the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Read less
