Head east on A13/Kiln Rd toward Glenmere Park Ave, continue to follow A13, go through 1 roundabout. Turn right at Chalkwell Ave, slight left at Chalkwell Esplanade, continue onto The Leas. Continue onto Western Esplanade, slight right to stay on Western Esplanade. Take the 1st left onto Pier Hill, Pier Hill turns slightly left and becomes Royal Terrace, destination will be on the right.
