The staff were great, very friendly and helpful, made you feel like a regular rather than a visitor. The quality of the food, both evening meal and breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is quiet and secluded with lovely gardens. The inn itself has lovely ambience and it is the perfect place to stay.

Served its purpose very well for an overnight stop. Roomy accommodation. The real highlight was reference dinner at the restaurant in the evening which was superb in quality and value for money.
Dislikes:
Tv was a bit small. Window Blinds in room were very light so woken very early

Crocus was not as comfortable as our previous stay in Bluebell because there were no armchairs to sit in? The lady in the office said to move the extra bed to sit on, but it was both heavy and inconve

can't believe the duck pond had gone !!!! to be replaced by a car park, but worse than that a crunchy pebble car park that if you are sleeping nearby is very noisy when cars are moving in and out.
