Not bad for the last minute price. Room okay, surprised at the random video player supplied. Heated pool was a nice surprise and may have used it if we planned a bit better. The road in to Looe was closed for vehicles and there was no warning of this on the website or on the phone, so directions to the hotel were wrong and instead of it being half a mile out of town, its a 7 mile detour. Read less

Hotel in good position, great views.
Dislikes:
View from room was not really a garden view as described - more of a flat roof view. Accommodation okay, but getting to the point of needing freshening up/refit.

We were told our room had been upgraded to a river view room but we had actually paid for one anyway so it wasn't an upgrade also we would have preferred a bath in the room and not to be right on the
