ROOM 6 : This room is newly decorated and comfortably furnished with quality, co-ordinating furniture and bed linen. The mattress is comfortable and the wooden bed frame is sturdy with space beneath for storage. This room has a double bed and is suitable for single occupancy. This room is suitable for a travel cot. The room is centrally heated and has extra blankets available should it turn chilly. The room has flat screen TV with incorporated Freeview. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and hair dryer are also included. The room is serviced daily and the towels and bed linen are regularly changed. The ensuite consists of shower, toilet and hand basin. This is my smallest room but still exceeds the minimum size required by the English Tourist Board. This room and the other en-suite rooms are situated on the second floor which requires walking up several stairs.. There are no ground floor rooms. Room 6 is at the front of the house and has views across Torquay toward Dartmoor. This room is strictly non-smoking. Guests are given a front door key which allows all day access. The room is centrally heated.

Pricing is based on two adults sharing . Single occupancy supplement applies. There is no child discount for this room. Under 2's in own cot are are FREE . Cot hire = £10 Accommodation is available throughout the year. On Bank Holidays a minimum stay of two nights is required. During July/August a minimum of 3 nights is required. A three night 'mini-break' is available at a special low rate throughout the year as are weekly discount rates.

ROOM 5 : This room is newly decorated and comfortably furnished with quality, co-ordinating furniture and bed linen and kept spotlessly clean. The mattresses are comfortable and the wooden bed frames are sturdy with space beneath for storage. Room 5 constains a double bed and a single bed, suitable for twin or family occupancy. There is a chest of drawers and a dressing table with mirror. The room is centrally heated and has extra blankets available should it turn chilly. The room has flat screen TV with incorporated Freeview. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and hair dryer are also included. The room is serviced daily and the towels and bed linen are regularly changed. The ensuite consists of shower, toilet and hand basin. The en-suite rooms are situated on the second floor whilst the family room is on the first floor. This room is unsuitable for a travel cot. This room is at the back of the house overlooking a roof terrace, a row of residential cottages and towards a small area of woodland. Guests are given a front door key which allows all day access.
Prices are based on two adults or two adults and one child under 10. An extra adult or an older child will require a larger breakfast which can be booked at a supplement of £3 per breakfast

The room is centrally heated and has extra blankets available should it turn chilly but also a fan should the weather turn especially hot. The room has flat screen TV with incorporated Freeview. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and hair dryer are also included. The room is serviced daily and the towels and bed linen are regularly changed. The ensuite consists of shower, toilet and hand basin. Room 7 has a double bed and small ( 2' 6" ) bunk beds which are not reccommended for children over 12 years. This room is suitable for a travel cot. Guests are given a front door key enabling all day access. The room is situated on the second floor. There are no ground floor rooms. Room 7 is at the front of the house with views of Meadfoot Lane, across Torquay and toward Dartmoor.

Room 1 consists of double bed, single bed and full sized bunk beds suitable for adults. This family room has seperate, private bathroom which has bath, shower, hand basin and toilet located just six paces from the door. Extra large towels are provided. Room 1 is situated on the first floor. All other rooms are on the second floor. There are no ground floor rooms. This room is at the front of the house with views of Meadfoot Lane, across Torquay and toward Dartmoor. Guests are given a front door key which allows all day access.

For children over 10 and extra adults a larger breakfast is available for a supplement of £3 per breakfast.
