Upon reaching Torquay head for the SEA FRONT. At the sea front turn LEFT. Keeping the sea on your right side go past the PRINCESS THEATRE. Turn LEFT at the mini roundabout. Turn LEFT at the clock tower roundabout. AT the TRAFFIC LIGHTS turn RIGHT into MEADFOOT ROAD. Follow Meadfoot Road until you reach a sign for LINCOMBE HALL HOTEL on the left. IMMEDIATLY after take a sharp RIGHT turn into MEADFOOT LANE. Ashleigh House is the second on the LEFT.
