The location - Princetown is a good place to stay for visiting Dartmoor and Plymouth. We prefer to stay in self catering places rather than hotels or guest houses.
Dislikes:
Plaster had fallen off the garden wall all over the place where we had to park our new car, which was a bit of a concern. And the front door was hard to open and close.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a repsonse. Unfortunatly the winter was hard in Princetown this year but both items you mentioned are in the process of being repaired. The wooden door that had swollen from the wet weather has been removed by a carpenter today and been refitted. The plasterer also came today took off the loose plaster from the rear wall and will be reskimming later this week. Best wishes Sally

Great garden for the dogs, lovely clean rooms. Large and spacious.

Couldn't get on the wifi link but was nice to be cut off for a few days!

Delighted that you had a lovely stay. BT are visiting on Wednesday to install a dedicated WiFi service for the Beeches as the link from the main house seems to have become weaker. Do come back and visit again. Best wishes Sally

Everything was wonderful! The room was great, the bathroom a real luxury, the location in Princetown just right for exploring Dartmoor, and Sally and Mike really are the perfect hosts.

The hosts welcomed us into their home though to use their connection. We would happily return to this accommodation if we are in the UK and area again. Read less

A very warm welcome from Sally. a clean and tidy room, a beautiful bathroom and a very nice bowl of fresh fruit and some biscuits made us feel very settled straight away. Nothing was too much trouble.
