Friendly welcome, large comfy bed, very clean & breakfast provided good choice & was lovely. Brilliant location as just short walk to beautiful sandy coastline. Free chocolate scattered around too.

Super relaxing suite all amnieties very very clean and we could relax. The chocolate every where was a bonus.
Dislikes:
Thought the size of the shower room far to small for 2 people and an inadequate size for a suite.however super clean plenty of thick towels and bath robes.

Dislikes:
Online stated the checkout time was 10:30 and so we opted for the 10 extra hour, however the hotel manual stated the check out time was 11:00 and so we felt 10 for an extra 1/2 hr wasn't reasonable

Interesting comment as 4 weeks ago we renewed every mattress and added 3 inch memory foam toppers along with feather pillows. I realise it may not have been to your particular liking but I am not sure what else I can do. Cocktails are, as always, available from the bar.

Most of all the chocolate fountain. Also loved the bed as it was so comfy! & the breakfast in the morning was delicious!
Dislikes:
The only thing was that the DVD player in our room didn't work properly...

Found a hotel that had something different about it. it would be good for a party or girls night.
One small point(first impression) the office at the front we thought was a bit messy compared to res
Dislikes:
The chocolate I ordered wasn't in the room neither was the hotel chocolate bar so I had to go and ask for it. We thought the bag of buttons packaging was disappointing needs a bow or equivalent.

We stayed at the Chocolate Boutique Hotel in Bournemouth for one night as a late Valentines treat. We stayed in the Montezuma Suite which was beautifully themed and perfect for a chocoholic. We were made to feel extremely welcome at the hotel. The bar was a perfect setting for a pre-dinner chocolate cocktail and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel exceeded all our expectations and we would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Read less
