the chocolate was like nothing i have ever tasted i would say better than galaxy or cadburys and the staff were really friendly and the chcolate cocktails were great.

From the minute I checked in the hotel staff (I assume the owners) couldn't do enough for me, including storing my wedding flowers in the kitchen and providing extra goodies for my bridesmaids.

Friendly place, comfy beds, nice and quiet rooms,
Nice breakfast, lovely bar area, good location.
Dislikes:
Overpriced, rooms were clean but not sparkling clean,
I.e bit more dusting required.

Staff service and friendliness was excellent,but not quite a hotel, more a guest house / b&b. Cleanliness of the sheets / towels was all fine, but the dust on the blinds / behind the heavy curtains was awful. When I wanted to open the windows in the morning I couldnt open the curtains, and the dust that i faced behind the curtains was terrible. The curtains had to stay shut as they wouldnt slide along the runners. Light needed above mirror. Shelf needed in bathroom. Read less

We were upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon which was amazing. There was plenty of chocolate in the room and the chocolate fountain was fabulous!

Chocolate boutique is in a nice quiet area in Westcliff with beautiful garden and friendly staff.
Dislikes:
Our room was extremely small.Beds needed new mattresses,very uncomfortable.bathroom was minute.
