Dear Guest I am both sorry and surprised by your comments Guest feedback is important to me however I feel this review to be unfair taking into consideration my agreement to your request for 1am arrival and fact that you actually arrived at 2.30am After explaining that due to this i was unable to provide breakfast on the first day only with only 3hrs sleep which you then questioned after arrival I accommodated your many requests during stay and feel I did my best to ensure a good stay.

Great location, friendly service, rooms very clean.
Dislikes:
Bed very firm (hard), with plastic mattress cover. Extra bed in room limited space to move around. No free parking available locally (all meters). Noise from other residents and drunks outside.

The stay in this guest house was by far the worst place we have stayed. Dark hallways, fire alarm stuffed with toilet paper, shared toilet filthy, breakfast extremely greasy - to the point of tipping your plate and swimming in grease. Stank of cigarette smoke from the owners flat downsatirs even though it was a non smoking guest house. Would never recommend to anyone. Read less

As mentioned above. Mainly the fire alarm being stuffed with toilet paper, the toilet being dirty, breakfast being almost inedible. And the massive smell of smoke.
