Breakfast might be the best breakfast I have had in an overnight stay- superb! Lovely sausage and excellent fried bread. All done exactly as asked for (well-done).

Everything, good ale, good food, nice room and friendly and helpful staff. what more could you ask for?.
We would highly recommend to anyone.
Dislikes:
A small point but we would have preferred breakfast to have been available a bit earlier in the day to enable us to get cracking, but then we are early risers by nature.

really nice room with view. Very friendly hosts who made the dog extra welcome. Dinner and breakfast both excellent.

Staff were v friendly & accommodating & locals also v friendly. The food was really tasty & good value. The room was clean & the bed was really comfy so good night's rest. We'll definitely go back.
Dislikes:
Nothing to dislike per se; the Inn is old & the decor & facilities are in need of updating, but the owners have only been there a few months and have already embarked on the work.

We could not have wished for more and even the dog was given a sausage each morning for breakfast! Our meals were beautifully prepared and presented and there was a wide selection from which to choose. We were made to feel very much at home by Sam who even gave us some eggs to take away with us.
