The hotel is ideally located for all amenities. It is just a short walk into town and to the beach. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was lovely and comfortable.

Nice bright clean brakfast room of high quality and so was the food. Staff helpful and friendly without having to be "pals". Best of our top (but not too expensive) Tripavisor B&B slections.
Dislikes:
Parking a bit difficult until we realised that outside on the busy front road you could park on the opposite side of the street. Looked too busy for that, but it was allowed.

Hello Mr Stinson, many thanks for your review. In response to your comments we dont have a guest lounge as we offer seating in our rooms and guests prefer to sit there & read or watch their own television. Unless there is a bar - which we dont have lounges remain unused.. Our brkfst room is smaller than we would like but to reduce them would mean not enough seating when everyone is there. Parking is limited, free & has no problems to date on the road. We look forward to seeing you again..Sandra

Brilliant Room with views overlooking the park.
Breakfast was very filling & well presented with lots of choice.

Sandra even helped me find some ribbon for the present and gave me advice on wrapping. Now that’s service! We were given such a warm welcome and felt like we made a new friend. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. I love the dining room. Delicious breakfast. Excellent location just a few minutes from the seafront. Pretty, sunny garden to sit in. We loved it.
