The fact that the B&B is so close to the train station and Town. Also the bus stops are outside the B&B

Great access to Dawlish town and beach and easy access to roads to get to the places we wanted to visit. The room was exactly what we wanted with the bunk bed our 5 year old daughter demanded!!
Dislikes:
Not long enough!! We could have done with a king size bed as this is what we are used to.

We stayed at the Hotel for one night before moving on to a bungalow on a campsite. We found the couple who run the hotel very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were lovely, clean and the view that we had was fab. CLose to the centre of dawlish, beach and train station - just 2 minutes walk. Will definately be booking again and maybe for the full week. Read less

The location was good,and like i said previously it is how you are looked after and quality of service decides if you return or not.
Dislikes:
Yes,if anything could be improved,it would be good if they could have air conditioning in the Honeymoon suite as it is right next to the main road and with the windows open its very,very noisey.
