Wild Garlic restaurant was awarded two AA rosettes after only three months of opening and has been awarded it consistantly for the last three years.
Environmental Statement
A small family run business with Matthew running the kitchen and his wife Hannah looking after the Rooms. We try to use other local small business and use only ethically sourced local and preferably organic foods. We use a range of cleaning products called Maxima Green which have a very strong enviromental policy. We are currently organising with a local company called Y-Waste who are recycling waste, rather than putting it all into landfill. We only use fair trade coffee & tea in the rooms. We now use a local supplier called Woefuldane Organic Farm for all of our milk, cream & cheeses - all organic and non-homogenized.
