The cleanliness of the hotel was first class as was the breakfast. The proprieters were very friendly and accomodating. The room was very comfortable, bright and beautifully decorated.

Very good location for the town and for the Rivier centre.Well kept and clean.
Dislikes:
The stairs could be a problem,parking could in the future not currently staff very helpful with this.

Hosts Jim & Rosie cam be very proud of their achievements at this hotel. A flood last Christmas necessitated a huge amount of refurbishment and they have responded by creating "designer" rooms with everything you may require. Their welcome and friendliness combined with their superb breakfasts ensure that they will never, ever, need "Hotel Inspector Alex Polizzi - unless she wants a quiet break"

The room was excellent, bed very comfortable. Full range of Freeview channels on tv. Breakfast very good.
Dislikes:
Being picky, it would have been nice if breakfast serving could have been continued a bit later so as to make for a lie in.

Dislikes:
room was not cleaned during our four days which i wasnt happy with. small size cups n plates were not helpful.

It is our policy that all rooms are serviced daily and we have never had a situation like this before and we have spoken to our girls who are also suprised at this comment. I enjoyed a lovely night's sleep a very warm welcome from helpful and friendly staff and was given a delicious and healthy breakfast. iverall very good value. Read less

Its location was ideal for me. I was made to feel very welcome. The decor throughout is very fresh and modern and has obviously had a recent refurb. The rooms are decorated very tastefully.
