I wasn't bothered at all when I needed to rest all day which was a delight and very welcome.
I would have used the lounge to relax in if it had been better heated. I found the room cold and would have needed a rug, however I am an unhealthy specimen!!! Read less

Very grateful to deposit my luggage after sleeper train arrival and book a breakfa
Dislikes:
Lack of case stand for luggage to be held open.
Fluff/dust on top of fabric padded headboard which should have been regularly hoovered up!
More interaction about local trips to previous travellers.

The breakfast, the kingsize bed, the friendly host's, the location in relation to the seafront and the town centre. Everywhere in the house felt very clean and fresh, and the decor was well done.
Dislikes:
The only downside to our stay was that our daughters single room was very small, and she felt quite cramped in there.

Susan and Simon were particularly wonderful, the perfect hosts. Susan was so helpful in helping us navigate our way around Cornwall, giving us lots of tips and points of interest to check out. We liked that Simon and Susan were so helpful and friendly -- and they really knew the Cornwall area. I also really appreciated the postcards that were taken from Simon's photographs of the area.
Dislikes:
No -- it was wonderful! We even loved the black pudding (our first time trying it).

The ease of parking and accessability to the town centre, loved the variation of pubs and food etc.
Dislikes:
Very little to to worry about really, but the bathroom lighting is poor (too dark as one is constantly in ones shadow). Also, T.V. reception is frustratingly bad whereby 50% of channels just die away.
