The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything required for an overnight stay.
Nice cumfy lounge with big squishy sofas
Dislikes:
It was on a very busy and noisy road - although it did not disturb us at all in the room of at dinner.

My boyfriend (now fiance!)had booked us into Orles Barn for a couple of peaceful, romantic days over New Year. It was a haven after all the hustle and bustle of a busy Christmas. Little did I know that he was going to propose on New Year's Eve so Orles Barn will always be a very special place for both of us.
On our arrival Richard was incredibly welcoming. We were very impressed with the beautiful decor - so calming and relaxing and tasteful.We loved our room - especially the roll top bath. Read less

The breakfasts were delicious and the 8 course meal on New Year's Eve was absolutely stunning! Dan, the chef, was very attentive and knowledgeable and made several appearances during the evening.
Dislikes:
We were intially disappointed to find that Orles Barn is just off the main road. However, we absolutely loved the hotel and couldn't hear any traffic at all once inside.

The welcome was warm, the room was superb. The evening meal was very nice indeed, as was the cooked breakfast. You can tell the owners and staff genuinely care if you're having a nice time or not.

Dislikes:
I would of liked a bath in my room. As i booked via the website and requested what I thought was the best room. This is not the case now as the other rooms have been updated and made bigger.

Delighted you liked the food, our new chef is very passionate about serving delicious meals. There are synthetic pillows for non-feather lovers in the wardrobe, we are sorry these were not more immediately obvious.
