The gravel path between the main hotel and the lodge. Pulling a suitcase across this surface is a pain

The staff were absoluetely lovely, friendly, and polite, and more than willing to go the extra mile.
Dislikes:
Not much milk, to go with the tea and coffe in the rooms, and I was a bit disappointed that the breakfast cereals didn't include an option suitable for coeliacs.

Checking in and out was organised, quick and efficent (but not hurried or hassled). Staff were helpful and efficent. Breakfast was nicely cooked and a good size ie not too large or too smal

Hotel is located at a busy roundabout, but at night we have had no problem with noise of the traffic
