Nothing is too much trouble and I'm intrigued by the cleaning in the hotel.
I don't think I've ever seen anyone actually cleaning but it's always spotless.
Dislikes:
We couldn't stay longer

On arrival i was pleasantly surprised at how grand the hotel looked (for the last minute, bargain price we paid). Reception greeted us well and explained everything we needed to know. Treated really well throughout stay, including at breakfast (great btw) and our 2 little ones were made pack ups for the day ahead (lovely, thoughtful surprise) the hotel and furnishings are beautiful inside, room was spacious and tidy. plenty of parking. Walk in shower. Large tv. Drinks provided. Comfy bed and soap available. Breakfast was to a very high standard and staff were very friendly also making sure we were ok for drinks.
Dislikes:
our room (122)everytime someone walked through there are door rattled which was annoying. Also there were some guests that night which were shouting for 30minutes and we couldnt sleep which is bad
