The friendliness/helpfulness of all the staff. The quality of the food. The fact that there were plenty of mirrors and ample lighting in the room. This is a first. Far superior to an expensive hotel.
Dislikes:
Our only complaint is the shower. One could hardly get wet as the water flow was so weak. However, this was outweighed by the above.

My stay was for business but was made enjoyable by a very comfortable room with very good facilities. I slept well as the hotel is set back from main road. The food on offer and the range of the menu can easily compete with the best there is and is all prepared fresh on the day. I would happily recommend this hotel to any traveller. Read less

Plenty of tea, coffee, hot choc which was lovely! Room equipped with tv and free view and free wifi! En suite very small and let down by a tatty shower curtain! Shower cubicle could do with a steam clean! Could do with a refurb! Clean towels and little soaps etc a nice touch though. Read less

Customer service amazing! Friendly meet and greet. Shown to room amd advised about breakfast times etc. Offered food on arrival. Very pleasant. Breakfast greeting bright and friendly. Food superb!
Dislikes:
En suite really a let down and dirty carpet! Would recommend bar and restaurant but rooms could do with a good clean but ok for an overnight stay

we liked the access to internet in our room, we also enjoyed the room service nothing seemed to much for the staff.
Dislikes:
the only thing i could say, which you can not change is the housing estate right next door with men sitting on the fire exit stairs drinking beer. was a bit off putting and town it's self a bit shabby

I was pleasantly surprised about the hotel's kitchen. Excellent quality with good service and quickly.
Dislikes:
Rooms were OK, but not more. Noisy front doors.
