This was for a family afternoon party so stayed where the event was held.Unfortunately the level of cleanliness and the description of the room did not match what was "paid for" The staff corrected some of the issues that they were able to and offered a small refund to compensate. The staff service was excellent and we had a good rapport and it was a pity that through no fault of their that they could not have have delivered the required room standard that most people would expect for the cost. The room had easy access with its separate entrance ,the food is amazing the staff were friendly
Dislikes:
Only the town itself let it down it's got a horrible feeling about it with lots of trouble makers about in evenings making you feel very uneasy if you wander out of the willow

The friendliness/helpfulness of all the staff. The quality of the food. The fact that there were plenty of mirrors and ample lighting in the room. This is a first. Far superior to an expensive hotel.
Dislikes:
Our only complaint is the shower. One could hardly get wet as the water flow was so weak. However, this was outweighed by the above.
