I liked to ethos of the place, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent no more than a 10 min walk to most of the places you would like to go.

We contacted Mr Richmond for feedback by phone, he said his review was too harsh. Rooms 1 & 4 were upgraded last year with a contemporary black feature wall and LED mood lighting. We endeavour to give our guests a warm welcome,with a tour of our house and carrying luggage to the room.Our bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard although some dust was discovered on a pipe below a radiator. Single beds are connected with a hotel bed adaptor creating a kingsize bed. He's returning next year.

The Beeches is situated in a quiet residential area close to both the railway and bus stations, the college of West Anglia, the local park and town centre. A five minute car journey takes you to the Norfolk Arena where Speedway and Stock Car racing regularly takes place. The guest house is also ideally situated for visiting Sandringham House, Norfolk Lavender and the North Norfolk coast with its fine beaches and wildlife reserves.King's Lynn has an impressive range of visitor attractions which tell of the town's fascinating and often colourful past.
