Hotels website very misleading, looks half decent. Obviously I was not expecting a stay at the ritz for the money we paid. Firstly the door to the room did not lock, when we went to tell somebody this the 24hr reception had no one there so we had no choice but to leave the door unlocked. The bathroom was dusty, looked mouldy near the shower, bathroom door didn't lock. The walls in the bedroom had things smeared on them and looked very unclean. Read less

Also the website says a few minutes walk from manor house tube station, more like a 15 minute walk! Did not stay for breakfast so can't comment on that!
