Afternoon tea both days was a great way to relax on arrival, and secondly following a 10 mile walk. The fruit cake is amazing.

Glen Lodge is perfectly situated for walking to and around Exmoor, birdwatching, exploring the northern Somerset and Devon countryside, relaxing on one of our nearby beaches, visiting National Trust and other historic properties or just staying around the gardens to unwind.
A short walk from the house takes you to the centre of Porlock with unique local shops, pubs, museum, galleries and restaurants.
