Set in beautiful unspoilt, rolling countryside near the River Coly, we are able to offer a choice of bed and breakfast accommodation in the 15th century thatched White Cottage or provide self-catering in one of our cosy Self Catering Cottages. Whilst we do not accept dogs in our Bed and Breakfast rooms they are welcome (max 1) in our Self Catering Cottages. We are open to guests throughout the year.

Friendly welcome from the owners, and we were very happy to find the ensuite had both a bath and a separate shower. No noise problems with the room being on the road side of the house.
Dislikes:
I had a small problem with the bed, but have spoken to the owners and I believe this will soon be sorted out.

Colyton Holiday Cottages offer four cosy, well equipped, self catering cottages situated in the grounds of the 15th century White Cottage, where we also offer bed and breakfast.
All of our Bed & Breakfast rooms are en suite, retaining their own character and are of a good size. We offer a choice of double, twin, single or family rooms. A full traditional English breakfast is served in our cosy dining room.
Our self catering cottages are ideally to suited for two people, each having one bedroom, however Coach & Stable Cottages have a double bed settee in the lounge allowing for the potential of three or four person occupancy.
Please note that a maximum of one dog is welcome in the self catering cottages by arrangement but not in the bed & breakfast rooms.
We are well situated in the small town of Colyton which maintains a village atmosphere, a short walking distance from local shops, pubs and restaurant. The Seaton Tramways' Colyton terminus is nearby offering a unique ride to Seaton and the world heritage Jurassic Coast. We are a short distance from the coastal towns of Lyme Regis and Sidmouth (both approx 15 minutes drive) and surrounded by beautiful countryside, coastline and riverside walks. Golf courses at Axmouth, Sidmouth, Honiton and Lyme Regis are all nearby and offer a variety of challenges for any handicap!
We have ample free private car parking well away from the road. We welcome children of any age in our cottages and over 8's in the B & B (cots and high chairs provided on request-supply your own cot bedding please). Our rooms and cottages are decorated to the highest standard and offer all the modern day comforts the traveller expects today, including flat screen TV's with DVD and Freeview. Guests are welcome to relax in our garden. Whether you visit for the peace and tranquility of the area, cycle, choose to walk or play a round of golf , you will be sure of a warm welcome.
