We thoroughly enjoyed our stay to Tweedknowe. The owners were friendly, the accommodation comfortable, very clean and we found the whole experience very relaxing. Also Melrose is very pretty and the surrounding countryside is not far to go for walks. We loved visiting the Abbey, less than 10 minute walk from B&B, and great restaurants near by too. Read less

In addition to our individual and spacious bedrooms, our guests have sole use of a plush Victorian sitting room, as well as access to our orchard garden. All our rooms are located in a separate part of the house with its own private entrance for our guest.
Our emphasis is on local and home-made produce, such as home-baked bread, locally sourced meats and organic dairy and cereals, to make your breakfast a treat. Our delicious home cooked breakfast is served in the large guest drawing room.
The drawing room is reserved for our guests, and is equipped with TV, stereo, DVD Player, Playstation and games, books and newspapers, tea- and coffee making facilities and a spacious sitting area for your comfort and convenience. We provide free WI-FI throughout the house. In addition to our guestrooms, we have a self-contained 'granny-flat' for rent on an occasional basis. The flat is suitable for 2 persons and can be rented on a self-catering or B&B basis.
In your room you'll find a variety of tea, coffee and bottled water. Bath robes and hair dryer are also provided.
