More a house party than an overnight stay ! Communal dining and pre dinner drinks obliged everyone to socialise. Fortunate that the mix worked as the option for an intimate stay was not possible
Dislikes:
No mention of price of dinner/wine in email or prior to paying bill. Most unusual and all guests commented in a light hearted way

Situation and feeling of quiet. Good food in the morning.
Dislikes:
See above. Shortbread and other snacks in room were out of date. Asked for decaffeinated tea on our arrival but none could be found although we were given fruit teas.

The The Old Rectory Bed and Breakfast in Cradley near Malvern is particularly well suited for complete relaxation. Large open fires are always lit and the house is adorned with fresh flowers. It could be for an intimate weekend break, house-party or group booking where friends can occupy house for celebrations, Shoot dinners, corporate breakfasts and lunches are welcomed. Also, walking parties, reunions, small conferences or similar gatherings.

We can also cater for Weddings as we are next door to the Church of St James the Great with a private entrance making it a very special venue. Pampering and beauty treatments can also be organised by prior arrangement.

We are open all year so come and stay for a while at Easter or for a very special treat at Christmas. Whilst we feel that our house is predominantly an adult setting, well behaved children will be welcome as will well behaved dogs.

Good food is a very high priority at The Old Rectory. We pride ourselves in using local organic producers where possible and of course guests can enjoy the harvests from our own vegetable and herb gardens.

Beautifully furnished bedrooms enjoy a mix of antique and modern furniture. Tea and coffee making equipment is supplied along with crisp sheets, fluffy towels and high quality toiletries.

Walkers can enjoy a whole host of amazing routes including the Worcestershire Way. If you are not a walker there are plenty of other things to do in the area including: exploring the Elgar route, visit the Morgan Factory, the races and shopping in Cheltenham or Worcester, Three Counties Show Ground, Three Choirs Festival, Malvern Theatre- the list goes on! We have some fabulous Pubs with home cooked food and real Ales and a whole host of Restaurants to try all nearby.
