We booked a last minute weekend at Tabsfield and had such a lovely time on the first day, we cancelled our motor racing plans for the Sunday, because it was all too good to leave! Instead we took a lovely walk through Eynsford and spent the afternoon in our beautiful room. Both Ethna & Henry were so welcoming and helpful, even offering to pick us up if we walked too far! The room was fabulous, with everything you need for a weekend away thoughtfully provided. Breakfast was fantastic too. Read less

Tabsfield is an undeniably beautiful house that was built in the 1890’s by the local mill-owner. From an elevated position, we enjoy spectacular views over the Darenth Valley.
Tabsfield has well-established landscape gardens too with sets of Croquet and Boules, as well as a selection of board games for guests to use. Breakfast may be taken in the garden in the summer months.
Eynsford’s quaint pubs, restaurants and numerous ancient buildings are within walking distance of the house, and Brands Hatch, London Victoria, the Eurostar at Ebbsfleet, and the South Coast are just a taste of what is easily accessible from this superbly placed retreat.
