Lodge 24 sleeps 6 people and has 3 bedrooms and a spa bath sunk into the decking. Lodge 38 sleeps 4 and has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Lodge 40 has exactly the same layout as Lodge 24. Less than 5 minutes walk is Whitsand Bay, with some of the most unspoilt beaches in Cornwall.

Lodge 24 was superb, very clean, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen. The hot tub was superb with views over Plymouth and beyond. Quite site, even a bottle of wine for us on arrival.
Dislikes:
The pillows could do with replacing, very flat uncomfortable. Biggest drawback was the very steep gradient down to the lodge, which we didn't know about. Made it very difficult taking cases to the car

Only down side was on- site facilities which are in need of upgrade and better shop with essential items, nearest good supermarket is torpoint ( sainsburys) about 13 min drive. Surrounded by unspoilt National Trust land and situated on a designated ancient monument, Whitsand boasts some of the most spectacular views in Britain. Lodge 24 is perfectly placed for exploring the many treasures of Devon and Cornwall, including The Eden Project (35 mins ), historic Plymouth is 8 miles and Looe is 12 miles.
Other local attractions include The National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth, superb fishing villages such as Kingsand and Cawsand, wonderful coastal walks and surfing at Whitsand Bay.
Lodge 24 has 3 bedrooms, 1 x double (en-suite), and 2 x twin bedded rooms, a large family bathroom, with a shower over the bath. A large lounge and dining area that seats six, flat screen television with Freeview, free WI-FI connection, fully equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher and washing machine and all the usual stuff!
Lodge 24 is decked 3/4 of the way round it and has an outdoor sunken spa bath.
Lodge 38 has 2 bedrooms, both doubles with 2 bathrooms. A large lounge and dining area, flat screen television with Freeview, fully equipped kitchen, with seprarate laundry room. Lodge 38 has decking 3/4 of the way round it.
Lodge 40 has the same layout and "stuff" as Lodge 24, but at present does not have WI-FI.
Lodge 40 also has 3 bedrooms, with the same facilities as Lodge 24, except no WI-FI. It also has an outdoor hot tub. suite.
