Friendly and helpful staff who seem to really take a pride in the place. Lovely room with Sky TV
Shared kitchen was spotless - guests all washed up. Fridge full for a great breakfast!
Dislikes:
The walls are a little thin so you rely on your guests' thoughtfulness re noise. Mine were superquiet!

I liked the proximity to St. Georges Hospital which was the reason for my visit to london
Dislikes:
I thought the bed was too low to the floor and the floor was dusty underneath the chair beside the bed.
The soap dispenser in the shower area was empty!
