Booked via the internet and didn't have any great expectations and certainly didn't realise I was letting myself in for such a pleasant stay. Any pictures don't do the place justice. When told that if we wanted a drink and there was nobody in the bar just to make a note and it would get added to our bill, I found it a refreshing change, they have a some really nice wines. Having booked at a local restaurant we didn't eat in the Egryn - shame because it smelt wonderful, never mind next time.... Read less

Everything, the room was well furnished, spotlessly clean, everything about the place from the bedding to the breakfast was good quality andcouldn't be faulted.
Brilliant breakfasts too.

Yes - I couldn't stay for longer - had to go back to work!

If you are looking for the perfect location to stay within Abersoch village then The Egryn is the place for you. Our beautiful Edwardian villa is ideally located in the heart of Abersoch, halfway between the village centre and the main beach. Forget the car when you arrive because everything you need in Abersoch is within 5 minutes easy walk.
We have 8 fully equipped, en-suite rooms, a number of which are family rooms and most have sea or mountain views. We also offer 2 luxuriously appointed suites for those requiring just a little more space with the flexibility of a galley kitchen - ideal for chilling/heating drinks and making picnics for the beach. The suites also have access to a small patio and bbq area.
All bedrooms luxuriously appointed with courtesy trays (tea/coffee/hot chocolate, biscuits), colour TV//DVD and hairdryer. Most of our rooms have wonderful sea or mountain views. We have a range of double (single occupancy available), twin, triple and family rooms available. A baby-sitting or listening service is available upon request
The Egryn is open every day including Christmas and New Year. So if you are planning a trip to Abersoch we look forward to hosting you at The Egryn . . . again and again and again.
We encourage you to relax in our guest lounge with its tranquil private patio or watch the world go buy whilst having drinks on the Terrace which overlooks the Bay. Our bar is open all year round to Residents and our restaurant is open during peak season and is open to residents and non-residents.
