When I complained about the noise I was given another room.
The room was clean and bedlinen new, bed comfortable.

Nothing was too much trouble; I felt very comfortable there. Everything was very clean and the bathrooms were spacious and new. While I was there on business, this place made it seem like leisure.
Dislikes:
Keep in mind there is a pub downstairs; while it didn't bother me, you might have trouble with going to sleep earlier in the evening. Make sure you have your mobile as the rooms don't have phones.
