The welcome from Joshua was first class and his descriptions and history of the place were good
Service in th morning was efficient and cheerful
Dislikes:
The Bed and breakfast price was a bit naughty as it omitted to tell on Web that a full cooked breakfast or the Kippers were £8.25 extra (was on menu), I have never had this before in my stays in hotel

The Rosedale Hotel is a 3 star hotel where a warm highland welcome awaits you at our family run hotel located on the harbour front at Portree with views across the bay. The Rosedale Hotel was originally formed from 3 Fishermen's Houses and is now a unique hotel with many stairs, low beams and an abundance of character. All 20 ensuite bedrooms are individually decorated and the original stone walls mean that all the rooms are different in size and character.
From the Rosedale you can watch a working harbour come to life as the local fishing boats land their day's catch.
Golden eagles, sea eagles, otters, seals and dolphins can all be seen from the hotel making The Rosedale a paradise for anyone
