The Taggart Family has been welcoming guests from throughout the world to Montalto House since 1957 and has established a reputation for comfortable and friendly accommodation and tasty, home cooked food.
Montalto is located on 110 acre mixed farm and was built in 1893 with an additional wing built in 1912. It has 5 en-suite bedrooms plus a single room with its own bathroom close by. For the comfort of guests, each room is supplied with a hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities and a colour TV. In the cooler months electric blankets are also supplied for each bed. Guests are welcome to relax in the Morning Room where they can read, meet other guests, play board games or watch TV. Internet access is also available.
