you are made to feel welcome the whole time . the breakfast is nice. secure parking out the back of the hotel is usefull.
Dislikes:
if you prefer a bath rather than a shower you should choose another hotel

Stayed here on a Saturday night after our daughters cheerleading competition.Our family room was spacious,well presented and spotlessley clean.Gareth was a welcoming host who helped us in with all our bags and made a fuss of our two girls.As we needed to be at the Winter Gardens by 8 am the next day for my daughters competition we thought we would have to skip breakfast.Gareth however offered to do us an early breakfast.It was the best 'full English' i've had for a long time.
