A warm welcome from James and Caroline, with tea/coffee and cake in the conversatory on arrival. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean with all the facilities you could require. The bathroom (with shower) was also large and spacious. We enjoyed a tasty hearty breakfast which lasted us all day. Plenty of choices, ordered the evening before and the full English was especially tasty. While eating breakfast you can watch the ducks swimming in the pond. Read less

The warm welcome on arrival and feeling at home straight away with the lovely breakfasts a bonus.
Dislikes:
That we couldn't use the outdoor heated pool during the winter(!) but will definitely be returning in the summer and will look forward to using it then after a day of sightseeing.

James & Caroline Jarvis offer you a warm welcome to our recently refurbished property and provide you with high quality ground floor, ensuite facilities.
Our guest rooms are individually designed, 3 of which come with balconies which overlook our beautiful pond with resident ducks! The Bed & Breakfast is entirely separate from the proprietors' accommodation and consist of Luxury, Double, Twin and Family rooms each with modern ensuite bathrooms that have power showers.
We aim to provide a safe, secure, comfortable, friendly, relaxed yet professional environment for all our guests. We want our guests to have an enjoyable and memorable stay in North Norfolk - be it a long weekend break or a holiday visit, your enjoyment is paramount.
All rooms are well equipped with Digital TVs' and tea & coffee making facilities are provided. Fridges, radios, bottled water, herbal teas, hot chocolate, wine glasses with bottle opener, hairdryers, torches, digital and thermostatically controlled radiators are in all rooms. An iron and ironing board are also available on request, you will want for nothing!
We have just installed solar heating on our hot water system, making our powerful showers steaming hot all day and we will soon be installing solar heating on our outdoor swimming pool ready for the summer season.
