Deal is a picturesque town so we particularly enjoyed our walks to Sandwich and along the cliff tops from Dover.We would recommend The Royal Hotel & local fish & chip shop for eating venues.
Dislikes:
Parking is a bit of a problem in Deal and the traffic wardens are very industrious. Check areas you are allowed to park in carefully.

Getting out and about is not a problem as Edmund House Guest House is 5 minutes' walk from the centre of Deal town with its unique and individual shops which are perfect for those in need of some serious retail therapy. Guests who wish to visit the nearby Fowlmead Country Park with its international standard cycle track can benefit from local cycle hire.
